F4B assists businesses, organizations and their owners or managers in maximizing their financial potential. Owner and CEO
Mrs. Hayward is an accomplished international business and finance expert, who is certified in public accounting, internal auditing, and bank auditing. Joyce has in-depth experience as a financial manager in government, private industry, banking, and working with entrepreneurs.
Joyce has launched Fusion4Business (F4B) in both the US and a Bermuda Corporation. F4B helps businesses optimize their financial health and wealth and experience “Profit Freedom”. After owning a CPA firm in Maryland, and holding senior positions in Government and international business in Bermuda Joyce has resumed helping entrepreneurs and assists with financial management information systems to ensure profitability. She reviews and analyzes financial performance and works as an external CFO to help companies and their owners move to the Next Level. Joyce’s financial oversight responsibilities include accounting, systems development, implementation of internal control procedures, and management of projects. As a financial GPS, Joyce helps to make Growth and Profits Simple.
Joyce is a member of CPA Bermuda and the Maryland Board of Accountancy. She is also a certified Quickbooks pro advisor. She is a graduate of Georgetown University (with a BSBA in Accounting) as well as American University (with a Master of Fine Arts or “MFA” ) and Wesley Theological Seminary (with both a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Divinity). Joyce is currently a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce in the US and in PG county, as well as a member of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and the Charles County Chamber of commerce. She and Fusion 4 Business are also registered with the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation. Joyce is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and is an active member. Joyce is a speaker, coach, consultant, trainer, and Amazon best-selling author. In addition, Joyce is an ordained minister in the AME church, and Rev. Dr. Joyce loves to dance for the Lord. She is also blessed to have two bonus sons.
Management Accountant and Tax Manager – Handling US Taxes for Fusion4Business (F4B) clients
Mr. Moragne is a respected business leader, with expertise in financial management, operations, accounting, and taxation for business entities and tax-exempt organizations. Don specializes in working with corporate management to enhance cash flow, profitability, and improve operational performance.
Don’s responsibilities include all aspects of US taxes and Taxation, tax planning and strategies for both businesses and their principals. Don also assists in developing financial management information systems to predict and monitor cash flow and financial performance, to bring the Company to The Next Level. Financial oversight responsibilities include accounting systems development, implementation of internal control procedures, and management of the entire accounting function. When it comes to US Taxes, tax planning and the like… Don is “the Man”!
Don is a member of the Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals. The Institute of Management Accountants, The Alliance for Non-Profit Management National Ethics Association, and is a Former IRS Agent and Mid-Level Manager with the IRS.

Ms. Chesley is skilled in business accounting and accounting systems. As a graduate of Georgetown University in accounting and having earned her CPA designation, Phyllis’ understanding of accounting – particularly small business accounting – is top-notch. Her knowledge of automated accounting and financial systems ensures the viability and accuracy of the client’s financial data.
Phyllis is responsible for accounting systems development, implementation of accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring the accuracy of transactional data. She oversees any needs for onsite assistance for US clients. Phyllis has in-depth accounting software knowledge. When it comes to Quickbooks Online or Desktop… Phyllis is the MASTER! Her motto is “there’s nothing you can ‘break’ in QB that I can’t fix”
BOOKKEEPING – Handling the books and keeping it all organized for Fusion4 Business
Shari Lynn is a bookkeeper with over 30 years of experience in working with small businesses.
Shari loves to take a pile of paper, receipts, invoices etc. And straighten it all out. Whatever type of business it is, Shari enjoys working with people and helping to make businesses better. Shari’s skills with Quickbooks to set up or continue to companies financially organized helps to make sure our clients can make informed decisions. When it comes to bookkeeping – Shari is the person!
Responsibilities include bookkeeping for clients, and can be offered both onsite (Bermuda) and offsite as needed.
Also on our team we have a dedicated bookkeeper known for exceptional problem-solving skills and self-motivation, this professional thrives on helping businesses stay organized and up-to-date with their financial affairs. Their friendly and approachable demeanor makes them a favorite among clients, and their detail-oriented, punctual, and professional manner ensures that every account is handled with precision and care.
Highly personable and patient, they have a talent for making accounting accessible to everyone, accommodating a variety of client needs with ease. Not only excelling at maintaining books and analyzing numbers, they also take great pleasure in crafting detailed business plans and writing comprehensive standard operating procedures.
